The Real Estate department at Hanyang Cyber University Graduate School is the only graduate school in
Korea that has an open online master's and doctoral course, and it aims to cultivate cross-over real
estate experts who combine theory and practice by specializing the real estate sector into the four
tracks of 「Real Estate Development and Policy」, 「Real Estate Asset Management and Evaluation」, 「Real
Estate Economy and Finance」, and 「Real Estate Big Data and Prop Tech」.

- Real estate development and policyThe real estate development and policy track is a training course that fosters experts of the real estate development field. We conduct education that strengthens practical expertise while aiding the understanding of real estate policies and laws and teaching theories such as business planning, project feasibility review, development practice, and project financing for the most effective real estate development rates.
- Real estate asset management and evaluationThe real estate asset management and assessment track is a training course that fosters professionals who comprehensively manage real estate. It teaches general asset management theories and provides practical knowledge and skills regarding brokerage, auctions, sales, tax, and appraisals to maximize the value of real estate assets.
- Real estate economy and financeThe real estate economy and finance track is a training course that fosters experts in the real estate economy and finance sector. It conducts education that strengthens practical expertise through an understanding of the real estate economy and market, investment finance and PF theories, and consulting and investment finance case studies.
- Real estate big data and prop-techThe real estate big data and prop-tech track is a curriculum that trains experts in new real estate industries emerging from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It focuses on the collection and quantitative analysis of real estate big data along with practical knowledge and technical training of prop-tech and startup industries.
