Purpose of Establishment

Based on the founding philosophy of Hanyang's “Love in Truth and Deed,” Hanyang Cyber University's Graduate School of Real Estate opened in 2010 and is currently the nation’s only cyber university graduate school to offer a real estate program. The department’s goal is to cultivate “crossover type” real estate experts specializing in of the three following tracks: Real Estate Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Sales, and Real Estate Brokerage, Auction, and Taxation.

As the future of education is E-learning and is entirely suitable for the 4th Industrial Revolution Era, Hanyang Cyber University's Graduate School of Real Estate offers a program of “Beyond Offline” through interactive online real-time classes, offline seminars, informative real estate forums, and expert courses.

Hanyang Cyber University's Graduate School of Real Estate major is the only cyber graduate school in Korea in which real estate asset management, real estate investment, and real estate tax are combined to cultivate talented and crossover professionals. As a result, the curriculum offers industry-centered career development education programs in the real estate industry that explore the actual work being done in the real estate field and to respond to the academic demands of learners. In addition, by providing special lectures in various fields conducted by invited experts, students are able to learn about the latest industry trends, gain practical knowledge, and share information.

The real estate programs aims to produce creative experts who can succeed in related corporations, certified brokerages, and in construction-linked markets by using an integrated approach. Courses cover ways to establish and implement strategies to understand the recent surge in the Korean real estate market and understanding how to mitigate the cyclic global crisis that repeats periodically.

In addition, the real estate forum, held every two months, offline lectures are held in which field experts are invited to share their experiences a nd offer meaning advice to interested students.
